Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us using the form on our website.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in your return authorization email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
