Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier processing or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic shipments, we are responsible for all applicable taxes. No additional customs or import duties are applied to orders within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through the website contact form. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials for damaged items.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Change of Delivery Address
For security reasons, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical address is required for all deliveries.
